Brief introduction and application
Sprinkler is an important part of atomizing system. The atomizing drops sprayed are discontinuous and disconnected drops, with good high-tension isolation performance and good extinguishing effect to fire caused by oils. It is also applicable to live electric fire, with a flash point over 66℃ . For example, liquefied petroleum gas tank, transformer, generating set, inductor, oil switch and oil bath. Such sprinkler can be set freely according to the extinguishing requirements.
The sprinkler is composed of a sprinkler body and an atomizing core. When pressured water runs to the sprinkler and is resolved into rotary flow moved along the inner wall with centrifugal speed and vertical flow with axial speed. Two streams of flow join inside the sprinkler and are sprayed out and atomized from the sprinkler at specific spraying angle towards the protective area, for the purpose of cooling, fire-fighting and extinguishments
